Dear comrades, need your advice. . .
lately tormented desire to go on with his D300S D50 of an old view of the fact that "run" it already large and "outgrown" I have it at some point (eg wants to play with HDR).

FX-camera did not consider the principle, D300S chosen including its moisture-dust-protection and a durable magnesium body because I photograph mostly outdoorsy field.

BUT! . . I'm not a professional in fact (as the level of skill, and by occupation). . . the level of skill to me to pro long time to grow, and this confuses me transition to the "big leagues" cameras. . . there's kind of like no preset modes (although I recently more and D50 in the "M" shot). . . shorter advise, worth it - not worth it, would not I have big problems with the development of this camera after almost amateur D50?

Thanks in advance for your reply.

Since you are not a beginner and clearly understand what you want, nothing but pleasure from owning new camera does not get it. Take
and enjoy all of your thoughts - right.

FX-camera did not consider the principle

And why? What is the principle?

principle itself is that the FX-camera:
1) significantly more expensive cameras
DX-2) I have not needed so widely prof. opportunities
3) I have 2 lenses in stock and on the way the third (all naturally under DX) + any small things such as filters and so on. d.

there like as there is no preset modes (although I recently D50 and more in the "M" shot). . . shorter advise, worth it - not worth it, would not I have big problems with the development of this camera after almost amateur D50?
There are M, A, S, P, and that is enough. Take stands, problems with the development should not be, except that more instruction on volume four times. Sam went to the D40 is not a very long time, detailing the photographs pleased compared with 6 megapixel matrix.

1) not much more expensive D700 D300s
2) D700 - amateur camera no translations available. prof. features over the D300 there's no
3) That lenses - yes, there's an ambush. They will work on FX, but it is a temporary measure. Park optics should be changed.

Well, here's the third argument is perhaps the determining factor in my decision not to consider (at least not yet) Camera FX. . . if the price difference between the D700 and D300 is not much, given the budget to replace the optical sum already obtained impressive. . . in general, not yet ready mentally for this
